Title: Confirming Possible Transparency Collision Bug

Hey guys,
For some reason when I export a semi transparent object its collision doesn't work.
I have a window tile which is part solid and part transparent, both materials have collision on and the transparent part material has gradient and an alpha channel with a grey area for the glass to define how transparent it is.
During gameplay the character collides with the solid part but is able to jump through the glass area.
I am using Maya 2013,

my team has found that a material with gradient texture loses collision, as well.

This issue has come up before, but I was under the impression it was resolved. As per usual, any interesting errors in the console?

I'll see if we still have that old model laying around, but we still had the problems aka never got it fixed but with how "flaky" gradient textures were we moved forward without using them much.

I'll see if I can get a console error out of it later on tonight.
