Just a heads up, if you crowd fund for your game on heroengine that is considered revenue and you will need to pay IF their percentage.

Lets not make the same mistake Repopulation did here.

Stupid answer.

Repopulations mistake wasn't successful kickstarter nor using heroengine.

Well from what I am aware IF wanted payment for what they collected on kickstarter and they said no so they lost their license.

More clarification would be great but that doesnt change that if you start a kickstarter on HeroEngine you will have to recognize that as revenue and IF gets their cut.

I guess that is no correct

First KS 2012 50.000 USD (?)
second 2014 200.000 USD

https://www.therepopulation.com/crowdfunding/projects/the-repopulation/ (https://www.therepopulation.com/crowdfunding/projects/the-repopulation/)

so i am sure that wasnt causing the problems.

So you agree with me?
Kickstarter and crowd funding wasn't the problem.

Btw if you pay 30%. You have 70% left
