Title: Login error

I am getting this error with every log in. Yes I do get the heroblade to load in, but it seems like something might be messed up when its opening the editor. This error shows even when Skype says everything is fine.

The server for (EU west 20) just went down, I checked (US east 21) and its still up.

edit: and just came back online.

Okay that is good to hear!
I was going to say that we checked and everything is green. If it goes down again, let us know, I will  have Jonathan check servers in the morning to make sure that all is still running well.

I was unable to access one of the worlds I work in EU west 20, almost as if I was removed, as I was working there last night, and not able to even see the world show in the list tonight.

I will have someone look into that and update as soon as we find out what is going on for you.  Please PM me the server and world you are unable to access.

One quick question though, is this for all worlds or only one? If you want to give me the details in the pm as well, please do.

All sorted now. The subscription had run out and we did not realise.

All fixed now. Thanks for looking into it for us :)

Its back on either world, but I can log in then enter either, if I ignore the error.

Good morning,
    We have had a lot of updates and restarts come from AWS, it does appear that if you are still getting the delayed start with the Cannot connect error window, please try flushing your DNS. I did just double check to make sure that the servers are all working as they should. I did have to do this myself yesterday though.


- Command Prompt
- type ipconfig/flushdns

Let us know if this is still happening after you flush your dns.

Thazager isn't only one. I got this error too. Right after subscription renew.
And I flush DNS. Nothing changes.

Also, I can say some more information:
If I click on cancel button in Launcher Update Utility after it reports about "Unable to connect to server" - I got the error "Socket operation on non-socket: Line=476" and HeroBlade start after that as usual and working fine.

You are still having the same problem? If so let me know and we will look into that.

Everyone else that faced this, please let me know if it does not and if it does work. :) All data is good to see if we can find a pattern or not.

Hello Sarrene.

I rechecked this right now and, yes, error still here. But my "backdoor" - click on Cancel - still work too, so it doesn't disturb me much.

The situation is changed. No more error at login. But, my world now is "Down".
