We are currently looking into this and will have an update on the issue shortly.

Sorry for the delay in answering Family holiday here.  I went into the server and saw that for HC020 that the Repository server had disconnected.  you should be up now as that affected a few people. 

in the future if there is an issue with connection send a quick email to Support@heroengine.com and I will receive the support request faster. 

username, What Blade USEast021, USWest022 ect, world name and a brief description and I will see the alert and hop on it right away.

Hello I see that you were originally set up for Blade013 which was decommissioned in 2013 two sets of emails were sent out 60 days and 30 days prior to the decommissioning of the blade to migrate all users who wished to keep their worlds.
All the user had to do was either email or log into their world before the decommissioning day to have their world migrated to the new servers.

If you Email Support@heroengine.com with your original account information and I will be able to research this better.

As the post and the  links to the news article/roadmap it shows current development and where we stand currently on the next major update (DX11, Render engine ect..)  Without our testing on the internal servers updates could be disastrous for your teams.  This is to show where we stand and give a estimated time line/frame on which the next updates should be coming.   

The post is for communication as to what we are working on and give you an idea of what to expect in the coming weeks.

We have to balance our development priorities to what we can currently do and what will effect future updates Fixing one problem might have the desired effect for the short term but may hinder or even break development of the engine over all on future updates making development of our end result take even longer.

In answer to your Occlusion issue check your numbers.  The draws are down and it is working better than before.

We wont answer to any forum posts or any requests to terminate service or change access must come through email (The actual email account listed) for security reasons.  Hope this all gets worked out for you soon and good luck.
