General Discussion / [Resolved] Windows Vista and HeroBlade

One of our 3d artists has Windows Vista 64bit.  After installing Hero Launcher then HeroBlade, it tells him he needs .NET framework 4.  However he has this installed.  Anyone know how to fix this?

Say I have a ship in space and want to explore the world below.  Is it possible to allow the player to choose between physically landing the ship on the planet using Seamless 2.0 OR leaving the ship in orbit and choosing the loading screen to be "beamed" to the planet?

Design & World Building / [Resolved] Connecting Areas

I am sorry for posting this, if this topic exists elsewhere, as I might have over looked it.

I am curious if someone could point me in the right direction on how to connect areas.  Right now, I have one planet, and about to start another.  I am wanting to say connect the two together via a vortex or some other gateway and arrive near another vortex of my choosing.  (This is not how it will stay, but to learn how to connect them)

I am curious, as I cannot find it.  But how would one turn off the swimming feature?  For example, my worlds are islands, and we do not want players to swim the oceans.  Rivers are fine...where can I find this to turn it off...

Well, I guess I will go ahead and post about us.

My name is OuterNet on the forums, but I go by SpiritWebb.  The company name is called TLA Studios, which actually stands for my first initial T, my wifes L and our daughter A.  We are based out of Arkansas...

We are new here, just actually started with HeroCloud about a couple weeks ago.  Originally we had been working long and hard with Unity, and getting a good step in.  I moderate a programming forum called Indie-Resource, which can be found here.  Anyway, a few members there had mentioned about the HeroEngine, and looked at it.  Our 3d Artist had mentioned HeroCloud, so I looked into it for us, and here we are.

Anyway, team wise:

OuterNet (SpiritWebb - Me): Co-founder, lead programmer, environment designer
Croi: Co-founder, concept artist
Lizzy:  Wife of Spirit and handles all money related to the game and studio.
Jose:  Lead concept artist
Keith:  Lead 3d artist
Mads: Programmer and lead web designer
Simone:  Programmer and web designer
Scott:  Lead sound designer
Robbie:  Lead story/quest writer

We are a group all around.  Mads and Simone are in Denmark, while the rest of us are in the United States.  Jose in Cali, and the rest in Arkansas...  

We look forward to sharing our game with each and every one of you as it comes along!!
