hello my name is josh or you can just call me old moses.

i'm interested in buying hero engine but i need to know if its right for me first
do i need to know any required languages like xml c+ c++ or anything like java
reason am asking i don't know any of tho's languages but still would like to make a game.

and my last question is what would a freelancer charge or a user to build one big game with just one world with questing and so on? just the basics? nothing custom.
