I am having an issue with importing heightmaps. Also I had the raw.dll Error pop up, how do I fix this?

And when I do import the heightmap, after I click ok on that error the heightmap is flat..

I go to load up my room to work on it and suddenly it crashes. I am on a laptop with integrated GPU, and not dedicated.
