[Resolved] Character tools are twitchy

I've been making characters for our project and the 3ds max exporter " character Tools" im having a problem with, It might be just me, but when i select all the bones then rescale them and reset xform it turns my human biped into a spaceship basically twisting and mutilating the base mesh and bones.
When i try to create a SRB i get an error everytime. Thanks in advance

you must never reset biped. this manip only works for bones.
and first , make sure that they are not mirorred and linked to controllers or you'll have some problems.
