HAHA, something like that

. But about 40 feet tall with a quad-mount Browning AA turret and dual E.G.G. mortars!
QUICK NOTE: I will freely (and gladly!) give artistic advice and criticism (and welcome any given!) because being brutally honest is the only way to improve and I hope no one will take any constructive comments personally.
@Tarlytegirl: Especially with animals and characters, studying the shapes and anatomy of real people and creatures help a lot. Good design, in my opinion, comes from purpose. The muscles and bones of a limb should reflect its purpose as if it were a real thing ( depending on stylistic choices of course).
The vulture is good, but I feel like the legs aren't quite right for a bird; looking at some photo references would definitely help.
The dragon creature is in need of detail and purpose. As it is now, the shape of the body, joints, and limbs don't really describe believable muscles and bones.
To illustrate what I mean, take a gander at this:

The body is thicker near the shoulders, following the form of the ribcage. The back legs have the large muscles around the thigh and hip, much like a horse. The wings connect behind the shoulders into a huge bundle of muscle needed to fly.
So it all comes back to purpose; An object's shape comes from its purpose, or more briefly: Form follows function!
