[Resolved] Change logon/email for account

Hi All;

I am trying to update the email address I use to log on to the system (as well as for communication from HE). However, under Account Management, the only field I am allowed to update is the password.

How can I modify the email address used for logon and communication activities?  The current address I have will no longer be functioning as I have stopped having that domain hosted.

I'll paste my email response here, just for the sake of others interested:

For security purposes we don't let users change their account email addresses. If you send an email from that account asking us to change it to a new email address, we can do that.

If the email address has already been closed, then you can create a new account with a different email and mark it as an admin of the group, or we can do more stringent procedures to ensure that you are who are you and change the email address of the original account without it being active.
