[SOLVED]Problem with stitching areas
« on: Jan 05, 12, 04:43:30 PM »

Let's say I have Area 1 and Area 2.They're both same sizes, have identical properties and are connected using seamless 2.When I try to stitch area 1 and Area2 using snap tool it just doesn't happen how it supposed to.No matter what their coordinates does not match even if I set them to same(exmpl. 0,0,0) they still end up being in different X/Y/Z coordinates even if it shows 0,0,0 in both their properties. For some strange reasons they always seem to be off half a square or less.

It's either this:

or this:

For some reason it's just impossible to stitch them properly no matter what I do.Tried it with different areas too. However, doing this with heightmaps seems to cause no trouble at all, works like a charm.

Well I've solved my problem. When u connect your areas using seamless under "Area" tab press "Edit Offset", then use snap tool.
