Best mmorpg needs programmers, and modelers
« on: Jan 17, 12, 07:43:20 AM »

If you are reading this, then the name has caught you.  ;)
The title is not a lie, the working title "Adventure" is in the late
conceptual phase, and soon I will be needing a few programmers
and 3d modelers. Currently since it is still in concept, I cannot discuss
the content of what makes this game better, or why you should join this
team. However if you are interested, feel free to PM me, and I will give you
more information.

 :)

So to sum up, you claim to be making the best mmorpg, but you won't discuss with us whatever it is that is supposed to make your game the best. :P

Not to throw an age on you but this is something a 12-13 year old would post. To me, this posting shouldn't even be taken seriously

I don't care about the age, I don't take the post seriously simply because of ... well ... just look at how it's written.

To be fair, the OP did not say they would not discuss the details, just that they wanted to do so privately.

Everyone has grand ideas, not displaying ANYTHING from your project won't get you members or fans. Just display some stuff like story, maybe some mechanics...you don't need to list your ideas for how your mmorpg will be the next blockbuster

Why do you think no one had the same idea as well? It's not only about ideas, but also about implementation of those ideas. I great idea with a poor implementation is bad.

Don't be afraid of people stealing your ideas. Years ago I had an idea for a class system that 4 years later actually uses Rift. And how is that possible? Well someone from their team obviously had the same or similar idea as I did years ago and decided it was worth a try. I never published anything regarding my idea, so there was no way to steal it ... and yet when I saw videos from Rift showing their class system I was very surprised to see something I knew so well. I just want to say that your ideas most likely aren't even unique ... you're not the first one and not the last one to think of them.

I've been very curious as to what you're doing.   I see all of your tutorials, but no project for you!

My guess is WoW-copy.

A Lot of people seem to think that a WoW-Clone is the proper choice but as a designer who has around a decade of market research, I must argue this point.
