[Resolved] No-illumination decals?

I found the No Illumination option for exporting models, but I am also using decals in the game.  Does anyone know if there is any way to do no illumination (emissive) for decals?

The team will have to take a look into this a bit more by diving into the code.  Will update this thread as soon as we know more, however, our graphics programmer is out sick, so please allow additional time for a response.

By looking at the code, all decals are always "no illumination" already.  They are rendered with /Render/Decals/decals.fx, which just returns the texture lookup color.
