Releasing the Client

Im finally getting the hang of the game engine using Hero Cloud, but when all is said and done, how do I release the client? where can I get the files i need to wrap up into an installer? What if i want to test on another platform without installing the dev tools? Is there anyone who can point me to a document on this or shed some light on it?

In short, HeroEngine will be handling all that if/when you get to the point of releasing your game.  That is actually pretty cool, as you don't really have to do anything, they handle much of that so you don't have to  :)


HeroBlade can allow testing of some of the game features (in game mode), but as for an actual end-user client, you have to get to the point that you actually need a beta phase.

Cooper, feel free to elaborate on anything that I've missed, as I'm pretty new to this myself.
