You will absolutely have thousands of players with far worse internet connections than you, so now the questions is, how are you going to architect your game to minimize that similar experience happening. It's commonly referred to as "dead reckoning" in the online game development spheres.

Do you have an arrival path set up in these areas?
And an open enough area that the character and camera have room to spawn.

I'm not sure what an 'arrival path' is, but yes, there's more than ample room for the camera and avatar to show up together in every zone, probably by a factor of 10,000.

Arrival paths are how you determine where a character arrives in the zone, it's not relevant to this issue, as the issue only happens to a couple of developers sporadically, and crossing over a seamless link doesn't use the arrival path. I'm marking this issue as resolved.
