Windows Xp is pretty much filled with user data problems that ant be fixed anymore since Microsoft doesn't support windows Xp. You could try resetting your UI inside the blade, and then deleting the UI layout file in the data directory.

If you think it's a direct x or dot net issue, you could uninstall and reinstall. Whew always recommend disabling firewall and antivirus when installing to prevent corruption or incomplete installation.

Microsoft no longer supports Windows XP, and there are known, published issues with some of the functions we must use to determine the window layout on the screen.

We do the best we can to workaround known Windows XP problems, but we can't fix the operating system.

Cheers
