Undo across seamless areas

Im not sure if this is counted as a bug , or just something that was never meant as a feature, but if you move something in a area connected seamlessly and then ctrl+z to undo , the undo action is not persisted.

Another pesistence bug : if you load a terrain scheme , and then release the scheme to apply some slight changes to it, when you next spin up (had a world restart , but it might occur after the area spins) it is back to before you loaded the scheme.

If you load the scheme all the correct texturing and dynamic details come back , but i doubt this is the behavior its supposed to have

Edit: i take that back there is a bunch of texture painting missing
