I am sorry, I completely forgot about posting that up.
For me, it says: SDK version 2.9.23.0 (Numeric version tag: 2.9.23.0)

I am using max 2012 64 bit.

Thank you,
Sarrene'

I have re-verified the downloads page has the right files, this was also tested when the new pipeline was posted.

Hmmm, so much for that theory then.  If the SDK tag is 2.9.23.0, it IS exported with the 2014.x exporter.  There is a case where Max can cache the plugin somehow and still be using an older version, but that would then show the older 2.9.7.0 SDK version.

Sarrene, I'm going to jump into your world and take a look at one of these assets.

I had thought about the caching issue, hence why I had uninstalled and reinstalled max on this system, as well as installed max on the other and tried there. So it is happening with a fresh install.

Okay, Pardon our dust in the server, removed a lot of things trying to sort out several of the issues.

Peace and thank you,
Sarrene'

I have repro'd that an asset which triggers the conversion/warning on your world (and is exported with the 2.9.23.0 SDK) does NOT trigger the conversion/warning on the Dev cluster.

We're investigating to see what may be causing the issue.

Thank you for checking that out!
Just a query.. as you can see we have a lot of final assets finished (this area is just for the architecture). We also have many geological, clutter and other odd assets as well...
Is it possible once this is sorted out, to have our assets converted so I do not have to re-export hundreds again? (mind you, if you look at version number of our final assets, most of them are over v7.

Thank you kindly,
Sarrene'

I believe this is something we're exploring, but there is an existing solution.  With the 2014 pipeline, we added an HGMUpdater tool, which will convert any hgm (or gr2) asset.  By using a batch file to run it on the HGMs in your local repository, you can quickly convert all your existing exported assets.  You would then just need to re-upload the converted assets.

Okay, I will give that a go. That can be a lot easier than constantly re-exporting :)
I will give that a try on the tiles and buildings and see how that works out.

Is there any documentation or specifics on the process to update locally we need to know or is available?

Thank you kindly! I appreciate it so much, I know several of us do.

Peace,
Sarrene'

Edit: It appears there is no way to do a batch, this is one at a time process?

You would write a batch to do it. But read my post in news about the mass covert option we'll be providing to older teams.

Look at the batch files provided with the facegen files in the art pipeline.  You can write a batch file that will run the exe for each file of the specified type in the directory.

Talking to Herb, it looks like there are some cases where the conversion warning will be triggered erroneously.  This is something we're working on for the next update in a week or two.  The warning will also be suppressed by default, at least until it is only reporting properly.
