I am making some art ready for this feature for when it starts working again , and just wondered if the meshes would use LOD stages ? and can the meshes be set up to react to the wind? if this is done with bones , anyone know the default names needed?

The meshes don't react to wind. They are just static. Really they are meant to be tiny rocks and branches on the ground. Things that you couldn't fake with billboards.
