Changing the Cursor Icon

Is it possible to have the mouse cursor icon change when it's passed over objects that can be interacted with, such as seats and chairs, computer terminals, NPCs, and so on?

Yes you can do it. Not sure how it's done be we have it in our game.

A single note i would like to say is, you can do it both server side or client side,.. the server side should use spec oracle system while the client side doesn't require it.
while server is always much trust-able than client but i found the server side way of this implementation has a latency issue ,.. if your players have a little higher latency they will see the cursor changing with delay while the client side doesn't have this issue.

as what i know server doesn't care what cursor players see,.. it only cares where the cursor was when a player clicked ;)

so when reading the community or the wiki . keep in mind my note :)
