Take my money?

All your payment options are coming back failed , any reason for this guys?? my sub runs out end of today so please let me know whats going on.

edit : seems the bank thought HeroEngine sounded like a scam :P

Remember, it's Visa Playspan that handles all of the transactions, so HeroEngine, and the HeroEngine brand name have nothing to do with it. :-)

95% of failed transactions have to do with out of date or incomplete billing information, or being currently geographically distant from your billing address. It's an overly secure billing system, because it's the same billing system used by HeroEngine games to sell things to their players. And the world of PC online game billing transactions is one of the most fraudulent there is.

But in the mean time, it looks like your transaction is all set. So all is well.
