Unable to Resubscribe

So, here's the deal. I had to take a break from the project due to health reasons. I've returned and found out that my subscription had expired on november 12/14. They announed on November 13/2014 that all expired subscriptions are on hold for 2 months because of new implemented billing cycle. I can NOT resubscribe/renew my subscription to work on my world right now because of this error. I'd like for someone to look into this and re-activate my account as per your statement on November 13/2014 that all expired accounts are on hold. Thank you.

Your world expired on December 3rd, but you should still be able to access it during this downtime. What error are you getting?

Regardless, I've manually changed your expiration date, so you should be good to go now.
