Seamless Link and AutoGroundSnap issue

a smallish issue ive come across recently, where models in an area that have auto snap to ground won't work when seamlessly linking the areas.

Basically when you go to seamless link the models / assets randomly shift to some odd location. Trying to correct them doesn't work either.

Also if you remove or go back into the area they are still shifted. The issue can also affect the base area you are in.

So if I'm in Area A and have a few assets with autogroundsnap and add area B the models in Area A sometimes get shifted.

It only affects models with autogroundsnap.

I'm sure it has something to do with how they are calculating the raycast, possibly getting loaded in before the terrain does etc. Just thought I would mention it.
