How far is it to a completed mmo? FUCK!There is so much to do and so much to see that I am having a hard time organizing everything into an official announcement. So I am just going to start posting my progress.
There will be a lot posted under Development Log that will showcase the current systems we have. I can’t stress enough that this is a Development Log and the majority of what you see will actually be nothing like how the game will look. Game assets are easy to swap.
Some major strides have been made to the combat and ability casting systems.
+ Abilities can require a Player must have correct weapon equipped now. (RequiredItemEquippedDec)
+ Abilities Cost Reagents (AbilityRequiredItemsDec)
+ Abilities properly consume Mana/Stamina now
+ Abilities can be held/cancelled/released now
+ Gathering on all nodes (tree,stone,rock,bush) now works off the Treasure Spec Oracle (Loot generation needs tweaking)
+ Added Reagents to Items
+ Added Reagents to Treasure Spec Oracle Tables for Gathering Nodes
(note: need to add necrobeans reagent, skinnable from monsters/players)
+ Housing has been sorted out to separate awareness systems
+ Housing Items now pick back up by right clicking them (not synchronous after restart – todo list + lockdown feature)
+ Made some default House Objects for Now:
House Wall Types
+ Player drop Grave upon down state (need to change to once ganked)
+ NPC drop Grave based of Treasure Spec Oracle (loot generation needs tweaking)
+ Graves are now accessible by multiple players so you can fight to grab loot
+ Added Paperdoll (needs GUI update)
