Now that we're able to individually adjust the glow properties of each texture in the material editor, would it be possible/practical to add a pair of sliders for each texture to let us adjust the specular and the normal maps in the same way that we can adjust them for each ground texture in the terrain panel?

If this is possible to add, it would be a great improvement--would save us the time of having to edit the DDS spec levels manually, and in some cases, changing the .max Hero material texture pointers  :D

Yeah, the current system of multiple re-uploads after making adjustments isn't very efficient.

YES YES AND YES AGAIN.

This one feature would be awesome. Other engines such as Unity have full specular control on their textures.

This means changing both intensity and colour if you want. Also lets you change the hardness of normals as well. More options on a per object basic would be amazing.
