Progress continues, much of the recent work has been on Character Stats as well as finishing up one of the dungeons near Fort Brigg and touching up spawn generation to allow complex spawn events.

Resources will come in and out of town via carts or caravans:




Meeting a wisp can be a shocking experience... as they randomly emit an energy charge.

I am liking this project more and more! The horse and cart is something I plan to use in my game. Just curious, do you plan to have pets and mounts log off with the player, or will they have to be stabled?

There will be an upkeep for pets/mounts that the player will have to deal with, and that will be more/less depending on where you left them (i.e. stabled or not), same goes for companions if they're mercs.

There may be some situations where a wagon belonging to you might still be seen in game after you've logged until they reach their destination, however this isn't definite yet.

You will have the ability to send goods via your carts/wagons to other locations, or send goods on a public caravan which is AI controlled.

Dragon Mount - Flight is implemented, but still working out some of the details/limitations of mounted flight.

By the way, we realize that the website/forums/wiki are in the process of being made Uber and that work has been going on for a while now, so we're not concerned with what category our thread is currently in here :)


We'd rather see the Engineers/Devs working on the new upgrades/replacements at this point.

Basic implementation of moving rides that can be moved upon has been finished.  Tweaking animations and the controllers, but here is a preview of a ship:
