amazing work, your work is what keeps me digging at hero, cause it's so damn impressive it is really is becoming the token child for what hero can do with the right group of people working with it.

Great stuff guys. All the foliage and terrain I especially like. I am sure Stadi insisted on the blue flowers in the snow...am I right?  ;D

Those screenshots are absolutely stunning, I really like your use of the terrain.

I have to ask, are you creating your height-maps in world machine still or are you using the in-house tools for creation?

Thanks. The base terrain is generated with world machine, we then sculpt them with Hero's tools after. That area was mostly flat. We use HALF resolution terrain as well to save polycount. The key is to make strong normal maps and setup good lighting to make the terrain textures pop.
